'As something seperate to the shame that clings to my skin like glad wrap to fresh shortbread dough, expansive and rolling in our split out brains, Listen to that timid voice, that part of you scared to let you breath, ask it why is it here, remind that voice of its importance. Perhaps it feels ignored, excluded, bring it into the wonderful bounty that is you, the messiness is wonderful, the chaos is abundant'
